Justin Dowling (born October 1, 1990) is a Canadian professional ice hockey player. He is currently playing for the Texas Stars of the American Hockey League (AHL) whilst under contract to the Dallas Stars of the National Hockey League (NHL).

Dowling started the 2012–13 season toiling in the ECHL with the Idaho Steelheads,[1] but midway through the season the Texas Stars of the AHL signed Dowling to a standard AHL contract.[2]

In his first full season with Texas, Dowling continued to impress at the AHL level, and was rewarded with a two-year contract with NHL affiliate, the Dallas Stars on March 26, 2014.[3]
