KIH39 (sometimes referred to as Ashland All Hazards) is a NOAA Weather Radio station that serves the Huntington-Ashland metropolitan area and surrounding cities. It is programmed from the National Weather Service forecast office in Charleston, West Virginia with its transmitter located in Ashland, Kentucky.

The station broadcasts weather and hazard information for Boyd, Carter, Elliott, Greenup and Lawrence Counties in Kentucky, for Gallia, Lawrence and Scioto Counties in Ohio, and for Cabell and Wayne Counties in West Virginia.
