KWMX Station History
KWMX signed on in 1998 broadcasting an oldies music format branded as "Cool 96.7". On July 1, 2006, KWMX changed formats to its present classic rock music format as "96.7 The Wolf".
The WOLF features Bob & Tom in morning drive and Alice Cooper at night.
On 9/24/18 Grenax Broadcasting II LLC announced plans to sell KWMX-FM, along with KSED-FM KBTK-FM and KFLX-FM, to Stone Canyon Media & Marketing.
