Kameshwar Nath Singh is an Indian academic and professor. He is currently serving as vice chancellor of the Central University of South Bihar (CUSB), Gaya.[1] He also served as vice chancellor of Uttar Pradesh Rajarshi Tandon Open University. During his academic career he contributed to environmental studies, regional development, and value education. He has served as the Head of the Department of Geography and was the founding Director of the Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Research Foundation. Prof. Singh has supervised twenty Ph.D. students and a post-doctoral fellow, and has published over seventy research papers, policy papers, and seventeen books.[2][3][4]

He did graduation, post-graduation, and Ph.D. from Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Gorakhpur University, Gorakhpur. He has been awarded the best geographer award by Deccan Geographical Society of India, Pune in year 2014.[5]
