8°30′15″N 77°4′49″E / 8.50417°N 77.08028°E / 8.50417; 77.08028 Kattakkada Assembly Constituency is one of the divisions of Kerala Legislative Assembly within the Thiruvananthapuram district in the Indian state of Kerala.[1][2][3] Major communities are Nadars (40,000) and Nairs (55,000). [4]

As of May 2005, areas falling under this constituency are: Kattakkada, Malayinkeezhu, Maranalloor, Pallichal, Vilappil, and Vilavoorkal panchayats in Neyyattinkara taluk.[5]
