Kedar Pandey (9 December 1920 – 3 July 1996) was an Indian freedom fighter and Indian National Congress politician, who remained the Chief Minister of Bihar between March 1972 to July 1973 , Minister of Railways in Union Cabinet between 12 November 1980 to 14 January 1982 Government of India.[1][2][3]
