Kimberly Ann "Kim" Gallagher (June 11, 1964 – November 18, 2002) was an American track and field Olympian, who won medals in two Summer Olympics.[1]
Gallagher was born in Philadelphia. In 1984 in Los Angeles she finished second in the 800 meters in a time of 1:58.63 minutes and in 1988 in Seoul she was third in 1:56.91, her lifetime best.[2] She died in Oreland, Pennsylvania, aged 38.

Accomplishments
Gallagher was a High School All American at Upper Dublin High School, Penn Relays Champion, won twelve PIAA Gold Medals, and was a Pennsylvania State Champion in Track & Field and cross-country. Gallagher is now a member of the Pennsylvania Track and Field Coaches Association Hall of Fame and the Penn Relays Hall of Fame.
On November 19, 2005, Gallagher was inducted into the Athletic Hall of Fame at Upper Dublin High School as part of the inaugural class. Her mother and daughter accepted the award on her behalf.
Personal life
Gallagher married John Corcoran of Oreland, PA, where the couple made their home. Gallagher died from stomach cancer in 2002 at the age of 38.
