Klaus-Dieter Neubert (born November 22, 1949) is a German rower who competed for East Germany in the 1968 Summer Olympics and in the 1972 Summer Olympics.

He was born in Oberwiesenthal.

In 1968 he was the coxswain of the East German boat which finished fourth in the coxed pairs event.

Four years later he won the gold medal as cox of the East German boat in the coxed pairs competition.
