The Kusanagi (草薙) "Grass Cutter" or Kusanagi-no-Tsurugi (草薙の剣) "Grass Cutting Sword" is a legendary Japanese sword and one of three Imperial Regalia of Japan.

Kusanagi is also a common Japanese name. It may refer to:
