Kyra Condie (born June 5, 1996) is an American rock climber. She is mainly known for her expertise in boulder climbing.[citation needed] As of April 2019, she is ranked 13 in boulder category.[1] She also has some expertise in speed climbing. Condie is considered[by whom?] to be one of the medal hopes of the US in Tokyo Olympics (2020) where a combined climbing event is due to feature as a medal event.[citation needed] In 2019 she qualified for the Olympics.[2]

Personal life and education

Condie underwent vertebrate surgery at a young age to correct spinal deformation.[5] She attended University of Minnesota.[citation needed]
