Lădeşti is a commune located in Vâlcea County, Romania. It is composed of ten villages: Cermegeşti, Chiriceşti, Ciumagi, Dealu Corni, Găgeni, Lădeşti, Măldăreşti, Olteanca, Păsculeşti and Popeşti.
