Leonard Joseph "Len" Keogh (2 June 1931 – 10 October 2007) was a Labor representative for the Queensland Division of Bowman from 1969 to 1975 and 1983 to 1987 in the Australian House of Representatives. In 1987 he was defeated for pre-selection by Con Sciacca. He served as the Mayor of Redland Shire Council from 1991-94.
