Lights Out Tour , was a concert tour headlined by R&B singer The-Dream and R&B singer Kelly Rowland. The tour was in support of both artists' new albums, IV Play and Talk a Good Game. The six city United States tour took place from May 26 to June 2, 2013. The tour was originally scheduled to have ten dates, but this was later changed to six, after Kelly signed to be a judge on The X Factor (U.S. TV series).
