This is a list of those deemed demigods. As the term is Greek it will mostly focus on that, but similar concepts exist in other mythologies so will be mentioned.

- Hong Xiuquan claimed to be Son of God and son of Jesus, but to not be God itself
- Jesus as interpreted by some historical and non-mainstream Christian sects, such as Arianism
- Japanese Emperors claimed to be Arahitogami until Emperor Hirohito was forced to renounce this in 1946

- In Warcraft III, the Night Elves are led by a demigod called Cenarius
- In the game Devil May Cry, The Main protagonist Dante is the "Son Of Sparda". Sparda is the ruler of the Underworld
- Wonder Girl (Cassie Sandsmark) from DC Comics has been revealed to be the daughter of Zeus
