Ship State Description
Sémillante  French Navy Crimean War: The Surveillante-class frigate, in use as a troopship, was wrecked on Île Lavezzi, Corsica with the loss of all 693 people on board.

Ship State Description
Henrietta!  United Kingdom The barque ran aground on the Mixon Sands, in the Bristol Channel and was abandoned by her crew. She was refloated the next day. Henrietta! was on a voyage from Cuba to Swansea, Glamorgan.[1]

Ship State Description
Agnes Blaikie  United Kingdom The barque collided with HMS Medina ( Royal Navy) and sank in the Black Sea off Balaklava, Russia. Her crew were rescued.

Ship State Description
Queen of the Isle  United Kingdom The barque was engaged in the emigrant trade between the United Kingdom and Australia. It is believed she departed Glasgow in December 1854 arriving at Sydney the following March. She subsequently left Australia and traversed the south Pacific. Having rounded Cape Horn she was wrecked off Callao, Falkland Islands.[2]

Ship State Description
Anna Catherine  United Kingdom The barque was driven on to the Greengrounds, in the Bristol Channel and consequently foundered. Her crew were rescued by the tug Beaufort ( United Kingdom). Anna Catherine was on a voyage from Swansea, Glamorgan to London.[1]

Cape Horn  United Kingdom The barque was driven ashore and wrecked at Southwold, Suffolk.[3]
Emma  United Kingdom The brig was driven ashore at Southwold. She was sold on 14 November but subsequently became a wreck.[3]
Hylton Castle  United Kingdom The brig was dirven ashore and wrecked at Southwold.[3]
Nelson  United Kingdom The brig was driven ashore and wrecked at Southwold.[3]
Ocean  United Kingdom The brig was driven ashore and wrecked at Southwold.[3]
Pilgrim  United Kingdom The brig was driven ashore and wrecked at Minsmere, Suffolk.[3]
