The Malaysian Open was a women's professional tennis event held in 1992 and 1993. It was competed on indoor hard courts in Kuala Lumpur. The tournament was part of the Women's Tennis Association (WTA) Tour, and was designated as a Tier IV event. Winners received US$18,000. In both years it was held from April 19-April 26.
