Maryland Legislative District 44

Maryland House of Delegates District 44 is one of 47 legislative districts in the state of Maryland and was one of the 5 located entirely within Baltimore City. Voters in this district selected three Delegates every four years to represent them in the Maryland House of Delegates. After the 2010 Census, redistricting followed and District 44 was broken into parts 44A and 44B

Each of Maryland's 47 legislative districts has one state senator and three delegates. The 44th district was represented in Annapolis by Delegates Keith E. Haynes, Melvin Stukes and Keiffer Mitchell.
