Md. Moinul Islam, NDC, is an officer of the Bangladesh Police and the 32nd Inspector General of Bangladesh Police, appointed on 6 August 2024.[1] Previously, he served as the Commandant of the Traffic and Driving School.[2] He was from 12th Bcs batch.

Moinul Islam was born in a Muslim family in Masjid Para of Panchagarh District.

Career

Moinul, 58, began his police career in Jan 1991 and has also served in police's elite force, Rapid Action Battalion.
