The Mellon Jazz Festival is a week-long jazz music festival held in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Occurring every year in June, the festival is sponsored by Mellon Bank. Similar festivals are held in Philadelphia and Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Mellon brings all sorts of jazz musicians out to clubs, county parks, amphitheatres, and restaurants to play.

Many musicians appear annually, including Roy Hargrove, Joe Negri, the Charlie Hunter Trio, and others. Pittsburgh native Walt Harper was a mainstay of the festival until his death.

The majority of the shows are free. Several of the night clubs have a cover charge, but the county parks and some jazz clubs allow free admission.
