Milaș (Template:Lang-hu; German: Hasendorf) is a commune in Bistrița-Năsăud County, Romania. It is composed of six villages: Comlod (Komlód), După Deal (Hegymögött), Ghemeș (Gémestanya), Hirean (Hirántanya), Milaș and Orosfaia (Oroszfája).
