Mitsubishi Motors Philippines Corporation (MMPC) is the Philippine operation of Mitsubishi Motors Corporation, where it is the second biggest seller of automobiles,[1] a position it has held on and off for over a decade.[2][3] It was originally established as the Chrysler Philippines Corporation in 1963 before Mitsubishi took control and renamed it on January 30, 1987.[4] It also owns a subsidiary, Asian Transmission Corp. (ATC), located at Calamba, Laguna since its establishment in 1973, which produces auto components.[5]

It is one of the company's four manufacturing facilities outside Japan, and currently produces the Adventure and L300 FB Van. MMPC appointed the distributor of Mitsubishi Fuso commercial vehicles in the Philippines.
