Modest Fok is an R&B band who were signed to Eastwest Records in the 1990s.[1] Their debut album Love or the Single Life was released in 1992 and scored two minor R&B hits on the Billboard Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Singles & Tracks chart.

The band made their debut on the Billboard charts on July 11, 1992 when "Promise Me" entered the R&B chart at number 99.[2]
