Musian District (Persian: بخش موسیان) is in Dehloran County, Ilam province, Iran. Its capital is the city of Musian.

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 16,275 in 2,678 households.[3] The following census in 2011 counted 19,427 people in 3,722 households.[4] At the latest census in 2016, the district had 18,282 inhabitants in 4,002 households.[2]

In March 2017, Abu Ghoveyr and Dasht-e Abbas Rural Districts were transferred from the district to establish Dasht-e Abbas District. At the same time, Dalpari Rural District was established in Musian District.[5]
