Myristica globosa is a species of plant in the Myristicaceae family. It is found in Papua New Guinea the Solomon Islands and Australia.

Two subspecies are recognised:

  • M. globosa Warb. subsp. globosa'[2]
  • M. globosa subsp. muelleri (Warb.) W.J.de Wilde[2] - Queensland nutmeg[3]
