Narayanpur is a village under Namkhana (community development block) in Kakdwip subdivision, in the district of South 24 Parganas, West Bengal.[1] Narayanpur is the terminal bus stop of Namkhana-Dharmatala route ( NH 12). Namkhana is locally known as the land on the south side of the river, Hatania Doania. In the east there is a village named Ishwaripur, on the north, Durganagar and on the west there is the creek of Hoogly river.

Transport

Namkhana Railway Station is the nearest railway station of this village. The village is beset by small rivers. Bus service is available towards Kolkata through National Highway 12 (India).
