The Out of Control Tour is Girls Aloud's fourth arena-based concert tour and their fifth tour overall. The tour will begin on 24 April 2009 in Manchester's MEN Arena, with the final show on 6 June 2009 in Newcastle's Metro Radio Arena. Thirty-two dates have been announced for the arena tour.

History
Girls Aloud announced their plans to tour in support of Out of Control in mid-November 2008. Initially, just ten tour dates in bigger arenas across the United Kingdom and Ireland were announced, with tickets going on sale on 14 November.[2] Nadine Coyle said, "We can't wait to get back out on the road to see our fans. We'll play the music that we love from the past albums. And it'll be great doing the new songs in those arenas, too."[3] The girl group began rehearsals "straight after Christmas."[4]
Due to arenas selling out, Girls Aloud had to add a number of live shows to the tour. Cheryl Cole's hometown of Newcastle sold particularly well, with the girl group scheduled to play a record-breaking four nights,the girls management are in talks with the arena to add a huge fifth and final date..[5][6] Girls Aloud are also scheduled to play three dates in Belfast, Birmingham,[7] Glasgow,[8] Liverpool, and four dates in London and Manchester. The group are performing three nights in O2 Arena and two at Wembley Arena.[9]
In addition to their own dates, Girls Aloud have been confirmed as the support act for Coldplay's Viva la Vida Tour at Wembley Stadium on 18 September 2009[10].
