Pascal Najadi (born August 20, 1967) is a retired Swiss Investment banker, film maker, author, and the son of Hussain Najadi. He currently works as a peace and bitcoin activist.[1] He is best known for producing movies like Grounding - The Last Days of Swissair (in 2006) which was voted as one of the best films in Swiss film history.[2] He also produced Rebel News (2015), and National Citizens Inquiry (NCI) (2023).[3]

He sued Swiss president Alain Berset for abusing his office and making false statements on Swiss television regarding COVID-19.[4][5]

Biography

Najadi was born in Lucerne, Switzerland, on August 20, 1967, to Bahraini financier Hussain Najadi[6] and Swiss Heidi Anderhub-Minger, a direct descendant of former Swiss Federal Counsel and Swiss President Rudolf Minger.[7] He finished his early education at the Military Service and School in Switzerland, then pursued economics at Institut auf dem Rosenberg, St. Gallen, Switzerland.[8]

Career

In 1989, Najadi began working as a public relations assistant for Klaus J. Stöhlker at Klaus J. Stöhlker AG in Zollikon, Switzerland. Later that year, he was hired as an account executive for sales of open-end mutual funds to Swiss banks by Orbitex Finanz AG in Zurich, Switzerland.[1]

From 1993 until 2003, Najadi served as a management board member at Dresdner Bank, London and was in charge of capital , markets business covering Central Europe, Central Asia, the Russian federation, Africa and the Middle East .[9][10]

After his father Hussain Najadi was assassinated in Kuala Lumpur in 2013, he claimed that the Malaysian government and president covered his father's murderers.[11][12][13][14] [15]

In 2023, Najadi file a civil case against Pfizer in New York, alleging harm from the Pfizer-BioNTech Covid-19 vaccine.[16][17][18]

On October 27, 2023, he was appointed Ambassador-at-large and his new role as the official Strategic Advisor to the President of the so-called State of Savoie, which has no formal legal existence.[19] (See also "World Event (27 October 2023)" below)

Najadi accuses Alain Berset of having said the falsehood because, contrary to official findings from his own Federal Office of Public Health, Berset was accused of abusing his office under Article 312 of the Swiss Criminal Code.[20]

Disputes

Najadi's alleged actions and numerous statements on X/Twitter have stirred up some doubts regarding their veracity.

Interviews & articles

In March 2023, an article called "Das Najadi-Phänomen"[21] ("The Najadi phenomenon") related a tentative online-interview of Najadi. The journalists mainly questioned Najadi's law-case against Swiss president Alain Berset and Najadi's allegations on being under 24/7 protection with bodyguards sent by the US government. On the same day, Najadi's reaction[22] was published on the website.

In her blog-article "Herr Najadi, ich habe Fragen"[23] ("Mr. Najadi, I have questions") from May 2023, German lawyer Viviane Fischer raised a lot of questions about Najadi's law-case against Alain Berset and about the alleged case against Pfizer in New-York. The fact that Najadi had tried to raise USD 500'000 with a crowdfunding action to pay for lawyer costs also raised questions.

In June 2023, another blog-article[24] was published on Fischer's website, questioning the veracity of Najadi's allegations regarding his sailing-trip on a luxury yacht, his actual health status, and the termination of his collaboration with Ana McCarthy on their alleged common law-case against Pfizer in New-York.

X/Twitter

Najadi first started to use his X/Twitter account @bitcoin1967 to communicate. The account is still accessible, but has been inactive since mid-March 2023, when Najadi switched to a new account @PNajadi that has been permanently suspended by mid-May. His third account @Najadi4Justice has also been permanently suspended on Oct 26, 2023. The exact reasons for these suspensions are unclear.

Najadi's tweets raised many questions. His alleged location (as indicated on the tweets) was changing too quickly to be realistically accurate.[25][26] His statements ranged from him being pursued and tentatively assassinated[27] by the Security Service of Ukraine, to being a so-called "Guardian of Humanity"[28] under the protection and with full support of the United States Space Force,[29] to Donald Trump still being the Commander in Chief of the US military and having mobilized 1 million soldiers from the National Guard (United States) for active duty on US soil.[30][31]

Shortly before his last suspension from X/Twitter, Najadi had pre-announced that he would make a very important statement about a "world event" on October 27, 2023.[32]

One of Najadi's last tweets before his suspension had been addressed in very harsh terms[33] to Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, Director-General of the World Health Organization. That and a series of similar posts might have been the cause of his suspension on X/Twitter.

World Event (27 October 2023)

As he had pre-announced, Najadi made a statement on Oct. 27th, 2023. His audience had expected a major happening, but the actual event was the self-declared "Independence of the State of Savoie" from France, that Najadi announced on his Telegram channel.[34] Claimed by an obscure "Conseil gouvernemental de l'Etat de Savoie", the claim has no legal legitimacy, and the Savoie remains a department of France.

Najadi's new title of "Ambassador-at-large & Strategic Advisor to the President"[35] is therefore purely honorific.

Hussain Najadi - A co-founder of the World Economic Forum?

Pascal Najadi keeps claiming that his father Hussain Najadi had been a co-founder of the World Economic Forum, together with Klaus Schwab.[36] However, Hussain's own autobiography "The Sea and the Hills" states that he had been "invited [by Schwab] to attend the Davos Economic Symposium".[37] Hussain himself never claimed to be a co-founder of the WEF.

Tribunal of Nature and Common Law Tribunal for Public Health and Justice

Najadi has been mentioning being a sworn-in judge of the so-called "Tribunal of Nature and Common Law Tribunal for Public Health and Justice". A recording of an online-call with his co-judges shows them calling for the arrest of a wide variety of personalities.[38]
