Payanam (English:Journey) is a 1976 Tamil romantic road movie directed by Vietnam Veedu Sundaram and produced by Bombay K. S. Ramakrishnan. The film script were written by Vietnam Veedu Sundaram, and the music was by M. S. Viswanathan.[1] The film starred Vijayakumar, Jayachitra, Sreekanth Fatafat Jayalakshmi and Major Sundararajan played lead with Thengai Srinivasan, with Suruli Rajan and Master Sekhar in supporting roles.[2][3][4]
