Payyavula Keshav (born 14 May 1965) was a member of the Legislative Assembly of the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh representing the Uravakonda constituency of Anantapur. He is a Politician belonging to the Telugu Desam party[1] He was contested as an MLA four times from Uravakonda Assembly Constituency in Anantapur district.[2]
