Penns is an unincorporated community in Lowndes County, Mississippi.

Penns is located at 33°21′08″N 88°38′09″W / 33.35222°N 88.63583°W / 33.35222; -88.63583 south of Artesia on U.S. Route 45. According to the United States Geological Survey, variant names are Penns Station and Penn.
