Phintella parva is a jumping spider species that lives in China, Japan and Korea.[1][2] The species was originally named Icius parvus by Wanda Wesołowska in 1981, but was transferred to the genus Phintella in 1983 by Jerzy Prószyński[3] and renamed Phintella parva when both sexes were described in 1992.[2][4]
