Dr. Prabha Kiran Jain (born 1963) is a poet and author. She has a Ph.D. in Political Science and has worked extensively in creating awareness about contribution of Nominated Members of Rajya Sabha.

Literary Work

Her writings include: Rang Birange Baloon (1995), Anath Kisaan, Nagfani Sadabahar Hai (1997), Chahak Bhi Jaroori Mehak Bhi Jaroori (2004), Dus Lakshan, Geet Khilone (2002), Vaishali Ke Mahavir (in Hindi & English; 2003), Vaishalik Ki Chhaya Mein (2005), Gobar Banam Gobardhan, Jamalo Ka Chura, Bal Ram Katha (under publishing), Katha Sarita Katha Sagar (2007), Manonayan - Research Work on Nominated Members of Rajya Sabha (2013), Batuta Ka Juta (2015) and Chal Meri Dholki (2015).

She is the recipient of the prestigious Bal Sahitya Samman Award and Bal & Kishore Sahitya Samman from Hindi Academy, Govt. of New Delhi. for her excellent contribution to Children's Literature & Child Song books respectively.

She represented Indian Council For Cultural Relations, the Government of India to United Kingdom and has participated in literary events in the United States of America, Australia and South Africa etc.

Television and Radio

She has presented shows on several TV Channels like Doordarshan, NDTV, Star Plus, SAB TV, Sony Entertainment Television, India TV etc. as well as on Radio networks in various countries including India, Australia & New Zealand

Non Profit Work

She runs a non-profit organisation called Prem Shanti Sahitya Sanskriti Sansthan to promote Hindi literary releases. She is the joint secretary of the Akhil Bhartvarshiya Digamber Jain Parishad and editor of the magazine Veer .
