Prerna Bhambri (born 12 September 1992) is an Indian tennis player. She has a career high singles ranking of No. 358, achieved on 20 June 2016.

Bhambri's cousin Yuki Bhambri is a professional on the ATP World Tour, with a career high world ranking of 88. Bhambri is also the younger cousin of Ankita Bhambri and Sanaa Bhambri, who are both retired players. Her brother Prateek Bhambri is also a professional tennis player.
