Prokopov (German: Prokopsdorf) is a village and municipality (obec) in Znojmo District in the South Moravian Region of the Czech Republic.

The municipality covers an area of 2.45 square kilometres (0.95 sq mi), and has a population of 102 (as at 3 May 2008).

Prokopov lies approximately 19 kilometres (12 mi) north-west of Znojmo, 58 km (36 mi) south-west of Brno, and 162 km (101 mi) south-east of Prague.
