Qazqanchay Rural District (Persian: دهستان قزقانچائ) is a rural district (dehestan) in Arjomand District, Firuzkuh County, Tehran Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 2,931, in 724 families.[1] The rural district has 4 villages.
