Products
Radcom provides service assurance and customer experience management solutions for telecom operators and communications service providers. RADCOM focuses on the service provider segment and is designed to enable telecommunications carriers to carry out end-to-end customer experience monitoring and to manage their networks and services on UMTS (3G), HSPA, 4G, LTE, VoLTE, LTE-A, IMS, IPV6 and triple-play. RADCOM offers an NFV (Network Functions Virtualization) probe-based software solution and is designed for big data analytics on terabit networks.
Corporate history
Radcom started as an internal project within the RAD Group in 1985 and incorporated in 1991. The company received initial funding from Star Venture, Evergreen[1] and Pitango Venture Capital funds.[2]
In September 1997, the company had an initial public offering on Nasdaq of 2,300,000 ordinary shares, sold at a price of $9.50 per share. Net proceeds to the company were approximately $20.2 million.[3]
