Rha Woong-bae (born 24 July 1934) is the Chairman of the Hanbit Forum. He was also the former Finance and Economy Minister and deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Korea under President Kim Dae-jung.[1][2] He served as Trade and Industry Minister in the 1980s.[3]
He holds a PhD (1968) from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.
