Robert Almer (born 20 March 1984) is an Austrian football goalkeeper who is currently playing for Austria Wien.[1]

Almer is currently the number one goalkeeper for Austria national football team and also number one at his club, where he is also captain. However, he has a break for a few months now, since he destroyed parts of his left cruciate ligament during his last game against the Austrian Club Rapid Wien on 25 October 2015.
