Roberto L. del Rosario is the president of the Trebel Music Corporation and the inventor of the Karaoke Sing Along System in 1975[citation needed]. He patented more than twenty inventions.

Between June 2, 1983 and 14 November 1986, he invented the audio equipment known as the sing-along system or karaoke[citation needed]. it was a two patents of improvements which is UM-5269 and UM-6237 [1]

In 1974 Del Rosario invented the Sing Along System consisting of a microphone and amplifier plus various seasonings singing voice[citation needed]. It rises in the slogan Remix on Philippines. [In the same decade, the country also rises Japan]is similar to the invention known as the Karaoke. Although the first credited karaoke was Japanese by Daisuke Inoue in 1971, he applied the earlier patent Del Rosario was granted in 1983 and 1986. Del Rosario won the lawsuit in World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) against Inoue about Karaoke. Inoue was in turn identified within Time Magazine as one of the Asian influences in his creation of the Karaoke.[2]
