Rui Ukita (浮田 留衣, Ukita Rui, born June 6, 1996) is a Japanese ice hockey player for Daishin Hockey Club and the Japanese national team. She participated at the 2015 IIHF Women's World Championship.[1]

Ukita competed at both the 2014 and the 2018 Winter Olympics.[2]
