Sandwell Engineering is an engineering company which was a Canadian entity, now merged into Australian firm Ausenco. The company has provided engineering services in bulk handling, marine, offshore and Arctic, ports, industrial process, power, petroleum, and infrastructure.

Present-day Sandwell stems from the 1986 merger of two engineering firms that used to operate in separate industries. Originally Swan Wooster operated in ports, marine, and bridges, while Sandwell operated in pulp and paper. In 1986 they merged. Then in 2008, the company was sold and amalgamated[1] into Ausenco.
