This School property was purchased by Mel and Louise Eskanos (who the became the second registered owners) to be used as their primary residence and that of their five children. It was entered into the NRHP by their secretary Karen Jasmin. The building was fully renovated with assistance of 25 High School students and local "Westside" craftsmen. The existing school rooms (including restrooms and the stage and library) blackboards and flagpole were all retained and used. A few years later, Eskanos' (Orthodox Jews) sold the property to Traditional Catholics to once again be used as a grade School taught by Nuns.
