Sergey Petrovych Novikov (Russian: Серге́й Петрович Новиков, born December 25, 1949 in Moscow) is a Russian judo olympic champion. He competed for the Soviet Union at the 1976 Summer Olympics, where he won the gold medal in the men's heavyweight division. He also competed at the 1980 Summer Olympics, in the open category.[1]

In 2000 he founded the International Unifight Federation, in Paris. President of Russian Unifight Federation.
