South Lancs/Cheshire 1 is a regional English rugby union league at the sixth tier of club rugby union for teams from the South Lancashire, Manchester and Cheshire area. Promoted teams enter North 1 West with the champions going straight up while the runners up face the runners up from North Lancashire/Cumbria for their place. Relegated teams enter one of the county-specific leagues - Cheshire (South), Merseyside (West) and Lancashire (North). Previously teams from this division used to drop down to South Lancs/Cheshire 2 (which is now a defunct competition).
