Ih the same year 1959 the song was adapted into German. Sung by Bill Ramsey, it rose to number one in West Germany.

Johnny Hallyday version (in French)

Later the song was adapted into French by Fernand Bonifay [fr].[2] French singer Johnny Hallyday released it (under the title "Souvenirs, souvenirs") as an EP in 1960.
