Stadion Topolica is a multi-use stadium in Bar, Montenegro. It is used mostly for football matches and athletics. Stadium has a capacity of 2,500 seats. Stadium is a part of Sports Center Topolica company.[1]

History

Sports complex at Topolica location is built during the 1980's.[2] There are three football pitches, and main stadium have a capacity of 2,500 seats. Among the other facilities, main ground have floodlights and athletic track. Near the stadium, from 2009 is situated Topolica Sport Hall, the most modern indoor arena at Southern Montenegro.
Stadium is located at the coast of Adriatic Sea, near the city beach and Port of Bar.
During the winter months, because of good climate and accommodation, stadium is used for exhibition matches, tournaments, trainings and preparations of many football and athletic teams from the region (Montenegro, Serbia, Macedonia, Albania, Kosovo, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Croatia).

Pitch

The pitch measures 110 x 70 meters. Among other facilities, there are floodlights and an athletic track.
Other stadium in Topolica Sports Complex have smaller dimensions and capacity of 1,000 seats and meets the standards for Montnegrin Third League games.

Tenants

Stadion Topolica is home of four football teams and one athletic team. Main user is FK Mornar, and except them, ground is often used by lower-league members FK Sloga and FK Hajduk. Also, their home games on Topolica Stadium plays ŽFK Pristan (women's football). Stadium hosts training and events of Athletic Club Mornar, too.
Among many events, from 1994, Stadion Topolica hosts traditional international Athletic meeting.[3]
