Stanley de Zoysa (27 June 1907 - ?) was a Sri Lankan politician. He was the former Cabinet Minister of Finance (1954–1959) in S. W. R. D. Bandaranaike's government and subsequently Minister of Interior (1959–1960) and a Member of Parliament.

Born to Sir Francis de Zoysa, KC an Advocate and member of the first State Council and Ethel Perera Amarasekera Siriwardena, his brother was DIG Sydney de Zoysa. He was educated at the Royal College, Colombo.
