Star Wars: Ahsoka is a Star Wars young adult novel by E. K. Johnston, published in October 2016. Set between the events of the 3D CGI animated television series Star Wars: The Clone Wars (2008–2013) and Star Wars Rebels (2014–present), it is centered on the character Ahsoka Tano.

Overview

Ahsoka explores what happens to the titular character between her departure from Star Wars: The Clone Wars and her reappearance in Star Wars Rebels.[1]

Publication

With the 2012 acquisition of Lucasfilm by The Walt Disney Company, most of the licensed Star Wars novels and comics produced since the originating 1977 film Star Wars were rebranded as Star Wars Legends and declared non-canon to the franchise in April 2014.[2][3][4] Ahsoka was announced in March 2016, with a release date of October 11, 2016.[1]
