Steve Leven (born 15 October 1981 in Sydney, Australia) is a retired Australian professional basketball player and now a leading expert in the development of emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence.

College career

Leven, a 6-foot 5¾-inch (1.97m) tall combo guard started his college basketball career with Auburn University in 2002, then transferred to the University of Wyoming, due to Auburn being found guilty of NCAA violations.[1]

Professional career

Leven started his professional career after an declaring an early entry into the 2006 NBA Draft. He then participated in the Las Vegas NBA Summer League and the Rocky Mountain NBA Summer League. He then joined Unicaja Málaga in Spain's top level Liga ACB, but he was released after an injury. He also played in the USA, Russia, Greece, Germany, and in South America.
