Sunil Jogi is an Indian author,[1][2] poet of comic verses[3] and the chairman of Hindustani Academy,[4][5][6] a post holding the rank of a Minister of State in the Government of Uttar Pradesh.[7][8] Born on 1 January 1971 to Ram Prakash Trivedi and Arundati Devi in Kanpur, in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh, Jogi secured his masters (MA) and doctoral (PhD) degrees in Hindi[5] literature.[9] He is the author of over 75 books[10] and is the president of MAA Foundation, New Delhi,[9] a non profit organization promoting sustainable education in the rural areas.[11] Jogi was honoured by the Government of India in 2015 with Padma Shri, the fourth highest Indian civilian award.[12][13] Sunil Jogi has been interviewed on a TV Talk Show, named 'Music Masti with Raj Mahajan', which was broadcast every sunday at 10.00 p.m. on Disha TV.
